This is the blog that precedes and will accompany the book of the same name.
If you’ve lived with social anxiety, you’ll identify with the words on these pages – not all of them, because we’re all different, but enough to be able to call this place home.
If you don’t know social anxiety from the inside, you might know it from the outside, via family, friends, pupils or colleagues.
If you don’t know it at all, I think it’s time you did. Because social anxiety is much more common than you might expect.
Whoever you are, you’re invited to browse these pages and to leave comments. (Unless, of course, you’re a spammer.)
